Inexpensive Playroom Ideas
For my kid’s Christmas present, I wanted to convert our spare room/office into a designated playroom. And, as many of us are, I was on a tight budget. So, rather than buying wall decor, I decided to design my own. And I love how it turned out, so I decided to share them as free printables here.
These are designed on an 8.5 x 11-inch document. But, you can definitely resize it to fit your frame size of choice! Just pick your size and order your prints. Did you know you can order photo prints from Amazon? Right now it is only $2 to print an 8×10 image.
How I Used These Free Playroom Printables
After printing, I used a foam posterboard, cut it to size, and glued down my images. If you plan to use foam posterboard, make sure your images are printed on high-quality paper so the glue doesn’t wrinkle your prints. The photo and posterboard are really lightweight, so I just used painter’s tape to hang them up. I have had mine up for almost two years and they are holding up perfectly!
If the foam poster board isn’t your style, adding frames is another great option! This set of wood frames or these black frames from Amazon would be the perfect touch with these printables!
