Napkin rings are a fun place to add decor to your tablescape. But they can be a bit pricey for such a small detail. Which leads me to this Christmas napkin ring DIY. You get the adorable touch of style for a fraction (really though, this project only cost me around $5!) of the cost.
Join me in making DIY Christmas Napkin ring for your next holiday dinner. Your family will love it!
Supplies you need to make your own DIY Christmas Napkin Rings
- Ribbon (1-2 types)
- Toilet paper roll or paper towel roll
- Hot glue gun/sticks
- Greenery/Berries (I got mine at the dollar store!)
Steps to Make Christmas Napkin Rings DIY
Step 1: Cut Your Toilet Paper Roll
Cut an empty toilet paper roll or paper towel roll just slightly smaller than your ribbon.
Step 2: Cut and attach Your Ribbon
Using hot glue, attach your ribbon to your cardboard roll.
I used two types of ribbon, but you could get a cute look with just one!
I folded over the raw edge to give it a slightly cleaner look. But I also glued the greenery over the seam to hide it!
Step 3: Attach Greenery and Berries
Using more hot glue, attach your greenery and berries.
I glued them over the ribbon seam to conceal it and create a clean look.
I found my greenery and berries at my local dollar store. You could go for a more leafy look or a pine look!
Step 4: Add a Napkin and Enjoy!
And that’s it! Just repeat the steps for as many DIY Christmas napkin rings as you need.
Add a napkin and wow your family at the next holiday dinner party.
